- Cleardata has a secure argon gas protected room, where documents are stored before and after scanning. Argon gas reduces the oxygen level in the area, so fire can't ignite or reignite
- Cleardata's UK Document Storage facility features a VESDA (very early smoke detection alert) system.
- Water detection systems to protect your documents
- Premises are protected by Redcare Security
- Building access is controlled by biometric finger print entry.
